Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provides services within the scope of Occupational Therapy practice as defined by state laws and plan of care.
• Evaluates patient functional status and CMS-related documentation in collaboration with the physician.
• Observes and reports patient response to treatment to the nurse supervisor and physician.
• Conducts patient assessments using standard functional ability tests.
