Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all financial and accounting operations for an organization, including oversight of assigned non-gaming entities. This executive will partner with senior leadership to shape and execute financial strategies that support long-term financial health.

The role covers planning, budgeting, treasury, reporting, compliance with GAAP, and strategic investment oversight.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership with 10+ years in finance.
• Experience with federal contracts and compliance (2 CFR 200).
• CPA/CGFM/CGMA preferred.
• Strong GAAP/GASB knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, treasury, accounting, and audits.
• Develop and implement overall financial strategies.
• Oversee annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Represent Finance at budget hearings and leadership meetings.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Manage investment policies and related contracts.
• Oversee general ledger and fund accounting.
• Provide financial guidance to leadership and staff.
• Oversees annual audits and internal controls.
