Epic's campus near Madison, Wisconsin is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems across a 200+ conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium.

Relocation to the Madison area is reimbursed, with national recruitment and relocation assistance. You will join a team delivering live and virtual events, with stock grants, annual raises and bonuses, and a sabbatical after five years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for a large campus with 200+ conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium.
• Collaborate with AV experts to create optimal settings for live and virtual events.
• Provide hands‑on support to ensure system success and reliability.
