Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems across a large corporate campus in Madison, WI. You will support over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium, ensuring seamless delivery for live and virtual events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for the campus.
• Support events large and small, live and virtual, including conference rooms and auditorium.
• Provide hands-on support to ensure the success of new and existing systems.

Skills

Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP
