Job summary

Relocity seeks a Relocation Consultant (1099 Contractor) to provide high-touch relocation services to employees and families relocating to or within Tucson. You’ll act as a local expert, guiding on neighborhoods, housing, schools, and lifestyle considerations while managing multiple client engagements remotely and in person.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Weekend availability and a valid US work status are required.

Qualifications

• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have at least 5 years of residency in Tucson with extensive knowledge of the local rental market, education system, and local registration processes.
• Must own a reliable, registered, and insured 4-door vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Must be flexible and available to work weekends.
• Friendly, outgoing personality, strong customer service orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Prior relocation or moving assistance experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch relocation services to employees and their families across client engagements.
• Act as a knowledgeable local resource, offering guidance on neighborhoods, housing, schools, and local lifestyle considerations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support the client experience and ensure follow-through.
• Document key updates and interactions to support continuity of service and client satisfaction.
