Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience managing in an industrial distribution setting is required.
• 3 years’ experience working in the atmospheric gas distribution industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set the sales direction for the branch by defining sales goals per customer industry and product line.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for both sales made and lost.
• Manage inventory and operational expenses appropriate to the branch sales.
• Coach and train customer service representatives in the inside sales process.
• Proactively work with other branches and the executive team for information flow.
