Job summary

Automotive and Industrial Distributors of Billin Boise, Idaho is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead the branch and team toward operational excellence and growth.

You will manage daily office, warehouse, and delivery operations; mentor staff on SOPs and our customer-service culture; coordinate inventory and fleet; partner with sales for growth; and enforce safety and compliance while fostering cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Five+ years in Operations Logistics and leadership of a diverse team.
  • Proven success in customer service and office management.
  • Experience with CSD business platforms and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations including office, warehouse, and delivery processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and train staff to meet SOPs and company culture.
  • Coordinate inventory with Purchasing and Inventory Control; ensure fleet maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Sales team to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote safety policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and clear communication.

Branch Operations Manager

About this position

Description:

Lead a Team at a well-established, successful, and growing Wholesale Distributor in Boise, ID. We are a company that has been distributing high quality products with customer excellence to our customers for over 100 years and still going strong. We are looking for a Leader/Manager who can lead the Branch and the Team forward with continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:
  1. Branch Operations
    • Accountable for daily office, warehouse, delivery operations, personnel management, and customer relations.
  2. Leadership and Team Development
    • Provide strong leadership and management to ensure team accountability and alignment with our culture.
    • Mentor, coach, and train Team personnel on SOP’s, responsibilities, and our culture of customer service.
  3. Inventory and Fleet Management
    • Collaborate with our Purchasing and Inventory Control Department to maintain optimal inventory levels.
    • Work with our DOT Fleet Coordinator to ensure driver safety and required fleet maintenance.
  4. Sales and Customer Service/Relations
    • Work closely with our Sales Team to drive growth and superior customer satisfaction.
  5. Safety and Compliance
    • Promote and enforce safety policies and compliance requirements
  6. Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with other team members and promote strong collaboration with direct and open communication.

Full-time position:

M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm+ with overtime as required to perform all job requirements.

Compensation:

Highly competitive market wage salary for the position and area based upon experience and demonstrated success in the responsibilities and attributes of the position.
