Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems across our large campus, including hundreds of rooms and an 11,000-seat auditorium. The role requires relocation to the Madison area with relocation assistance provided.

You will work with a team of AV experts to ensure systems meet events both large and small, live or virtual, delivering reliable support and hands-on troubleshooting to keep our campus running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related field.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate AV systems for a large campus.
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for sound, video, and control systems.
• Collaborate with AV team to layout and deploy new configurations for events both large and small.
• Support events live or virtual to ensure system reliability and performance.
