BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a Relief Veterinary Technician to join our fast-paced emergency and specialty care team in Sandy Springs, GA. This full-time role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays to support critical patient care.

You will triage patients, obtain histories, place IVCs and catheters, monitor ventilated cases, and collaborate with skilled technicians to deliver advanced medicine while mentoring colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Triage and obtain patient history.
• Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR.
• Place IVCs and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines.
• Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases.
• Work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients.
• Mentor and train other co-workers.
• Provide nursing care to critically ill patients and reunite them with their owners.

As a Veterinary Technician , you will:

• Triage and obtain patient history

• Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR

• Place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines.

• Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases

• Work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients

• Have a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers.

• Feel gratification of nursing critically ill patients back to health and reunite them with their pet parents
