First Financial Bank is seeking a Relief Teller in Rockwood, TN to support multiple branches and serve clients with accurate cash-handling and friendly service.

You will rotate between branches, build client relationships, and help identify suitable banking products while maintaining compliance and security procedures. The role is on-site, full-time, hourly non-exempt, requiring strong math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of cash-handling experience.
• Teller experience preferred (6+ months).
• Strong customer service skills including active listening and clear communication.
• Experience recommending and referring financial products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of compliance and fraud detection.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Ability to balance a cash drawer.
• Proficiency with computers, data entry and multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to commute to primary work location and to other locations within driving distance.
• Ability to travel to multiple branches as needed.
• Ability to work occasional weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities
