The role emphasizes adaptability, dependability, and the ability to manage inventory, scheduling, payroll, and store expenses while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or service-related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a customer-focused culture.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Step in as acting Store Manager during PTO, vacancies, or other absences
• Support multiple FastLane locations to keep operations running smoothly
• Lead store teams and provide coaching, training, and daily support
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive store environment
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stores that drive sales
• Help manage inventory, merchandising, scheduling, payroll, and store expenses
• Handle cash, deposits, and store transactions accurately and securely
• Monitor store performance and help implement strategies to improve results
• Ensure company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations are followed
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support stores wherever needed
