Job summary

Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital in Mililani Town, Hawaii, is seeking a Relief Manager to cover store operations when the Store Director or Assistant Director is absent.

You will drive customer service, cash handling, floor execution, inventory checks, and team supervision in a fast-paced retail setting. You'll oversee front-end processes, enforce company policies, and contribute to loss prevention while maintaining a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Food handling license required.
• First Aid/ CPR/ AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains proper and efficient service of customers.
• Directly assists in all aspects of the Front-End operation and ensures front-end procedures are followed for store opening and closing functions.
• Responsible for approving checks, processing money orders and Western Union transactions, reconciling the safe, balances and accounts for all cashiering tills.
• Conducts floor checks, ensuring shelves are stocked and products merchandised properly.
• May directly train, develop and supervise all employees.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and loss prevention measures.
• Maintains communication between associates, store management, and the retail support center.
• Fosters a safe environment and collaborates with community/business partners.
