Axis Energy Services, LLC. seeks a Relief Operator to substitute for the Rig Operator on a workover or swab rig. You will operate the rig, support safety practices, and maintain productivity while the Rig Operator is away. When not substituting, you will work in other rig roles as assigned.

The role requires prior rig operation experience, CDL Class B, and the ability to lead a crew safely through demanding 12-hour shifts plus travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Rig operation experience and rigging up/down competency.
• Strong communication with crew and customers.
• Ability to lead crew safely and efficiently.
• Able to complete required pre-employment screenings including medical and drug testing.

Aufgaben

• Operate the rig and equipment according to contract terms and customer designations.
• Maintain productivity and safety standards for all rig functions.
• Provide coverage as Relief Operator when Rig Operator is absent.
• Train and coach the crew on assigned duties on the rig.
• Perform Floor Hand or Derrick Hand duties as assigned.
• Travel up to 75% as business needs require.
