Job summary

ND Energy Services is seeking a Workover Rig Operator based in Dickinson, North Dakota. The operator is responsible for all activities related to the operation of a workover rig, including supervising a crew and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, excel in a fast-paced work environment, and be physically capable of handling demanding tasks. This full-time position requires a valid driver’s license and offers competitive wages with comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must pass a Pre‑Employment Drug & Alcohol screening.
• Must pass a background and motor vehicle record check.
• Previous workover experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a workover rig and supervise crew.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on oil and gas wells.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment.
• Train new crew members in rig operations.
