Job summary

Key Energy Services, LLC is seeking Rig Operators for the Tioga, ND location. The role is full-time with supervision and requires 2+ years of hands-on rig operating experience. You will work with a team to perform maintenance and repair on oil and gas wells while following Key Energy processes.

Candidates should be prepared to lead crew members, pass competency evaluations, and comply with safety requirements, background checks, and pre-employment screenings. CDL Class B is a strong bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Rig Operator with competency evaluation.
• Experience rigging up/down and leading crew.
• Class B CDL preferred; knowledge to road a rig is a bonus.
• Able to work long hours and holidays.
• Pre-employment WorkSTEPS physical and drug/alcohol screen required.
• Criminal and motor vehicle background check required.
• Must provide proof of authorized work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Work with Supervisor and customer to ensure service quality.
• Operate a workover rig for maintenance/repair on wells; work with crew.
• Mentor SSEs and share knowledge with junior staff.
• Maintain productivity standards and safety compliance on rig functions.
• Maintain rig and equipment.
• Create a positive, safe work environment for the rig crew and coach them.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
