Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Relief Manager at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas to lead across a collection of world-class restaurant concepts and develop a diverse hospitality career. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, leading teams, and driving profitability across multiple dining operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of prior relevant management experience.
• College education in a related field, and/or equivalent work experience in F&B.
• 5+ years of prior experience in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledgeable of Culinary Union Bargaining agreement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor restaurant operations across multiple concepts to drive short- and long-term profitability.
• Develop, implement, and measure guest service standards aligned with brand attributes.
• Establish positive guest relations and fulfill special requests to build loyalty.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure guests' culinary requests are met.
• Respond to unusual events requiring high-level management attention and inform senior leadership.
