Job summary

The Cosmopolitan, part of MGM Resorts International, seeks a Relief Manager to lead across multiple restaurant concepts. You will guide teams, drive guest service standards, and collaborate with the Executive Chef to meet culinary requests.

This is a full-time on-site role in Las Vegas. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of management in hospitality, 5+ years in the industry, and a college background in a related field.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of prior relevant management experience.
• 5+ years of prior experience in the hospitality industry.
• College education in a related field or equivalent work experience in F&B.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in development and monitoring of budgets, division operations, and marketing strategies to drive profitability.
• Provide leadership and direction in guest service standards within the division to uphold brand attributes.
• Establish positive guest relations and meet guest expectations to build return business.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure special culinary requests are met.
• Respond to unusual events requiring high-level management attention and inform leadership as needed.
