Role: The Relief Program Administrator/ Licensed Clinical Director manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of an assigned program on an interim basis. This position is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, actively overseeing quality assurance and performance improvement, and providing clinical leadership. The Interim Administrator–Clinical Director collaborates with corporate departments, outside consultants, and serves as the program’s representative to County/State agencies, community partners, and consumer groups. This role requires extensive travel (approximately 75–90% annually) across Crestwood’s California programs. Assignments may include interim coverage for new program openings, vacancies, or leaves of absence, typically ranging from two to three months in duration.

Pay Range: $150,000 USD - $175,000 USD per year. Final salary offered will be based on factors including but not limited to skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
