Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Middletown, OH is looking for a Relief Pharmacist to support patient care and education within our community-focused pharmacy. You will fill prescriptions accurately, mentor technicians, and maintain strong patient relationships while upholding policy and state laws.

The role requires a Pharmacy Doctorate or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, active licensure, CPR certification, and immunization credentials (where allowed). This on-site position is essential for continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy required.
• Registered and licensed in the state of practice.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
• CPR certification and retail/community pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians and team members.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients and staff.
• Oversee pharmacy operations in the absence of the pharmacist in charge.
• Perform clinical services including immunizations where allowed.
