Meijer Inc. in Bainbridge Twp, OH is seeking a Relief Pharmacist to support on-site pharmacy operations. You will fill prescriptions, educate patients, and mentor technicians while maintaining compliance with policy and laws.

Responsibilities include immunizations, patient education, and stepping in for the PIC as needed. Licensure, CPR, and immunization certification are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
• Registered and licensed in the state of practice.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
• CPR certification.
• Retail/Community Practice.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members and leadership.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians to be effective team members.
• Motivate team members to perform to their highest level.
• Perform and oversee clinical services including immunizations.
• In the absence of the pharmacist in charge, will be responsible for the pharmacy operations.
• Ensure compliance with Meijer Policies and Procedures, as well as state and federal laws.
