Job summary

Packaging-Corporation-of-America in Gallatin, TN is seeking a production operator for the 3rd shift (11pm-7am). You will run production equipment to maintain steady workflows, monitor quality, perform dimensional checks, and lead crew during machine setups.

Location: 1440 Airport Rd Gallatin, TN

Shift: 3rd (11pm-7am, starting Sunday night)

Pay Rate: $27.56

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks using Production Equipment to ensure steady workflow.


• Ensure a high quality product is coming off the machine.


• Conduct quality checks to ensure boxes have required dimensions and zero material defects.


• Lead machine crew with setups/change overs.


• Problem solve when issues with the machine arise.


• Complete necessary reports.


• Other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED.
