Responsibilities

• Relieve all operators for breaks, lunches and scheduled days off.
• Adhere to GMPs, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure product quality; report unsafe conditions.
• Operate and maintain equipment; make appropriate adjustments.
• Inspect bags/trays for proper seal, weight, and correct coding.
• Provide proper documentation of all quality.
• Verify operational guidelines for cleaning and production.
• Set up and operate metal detector, scale and related equipment.
• Input ingredient usage into the system.
• Communicate shift information to coworkers and incoming staff.
• General cleaning of equipment and housekeeping per sanitation checklist.
• Assist with SOP development and rollout.
• Provide training to employees.
• Work with supervisors to understand staffing needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Use consoles to configure SKU settings.
