Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to apply good judgement and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate production issues, counts and weights to supervision or lead personnel.
• Ability to work in a structured environment and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP during production, sanitation, and handling materials and ingredients.
• Maintain and adjust equipment to control designated weights per package or case.
• Meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Move finished products and raw materials to designated locations in the plant/warehouse or on the production line.
• Follow all safety requirements including PPE.
• Perform CCP checks as needed depending on location.
• Follow SQF principles as specified by the SQF Practitioner.
• Report food safety and human safety concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
