Job summary

Evolution Independent Living (IL) is seeking a Drop In Coach (Relief) to support young adults in independent living settings across the Metro, Boston, Central, Northeast and Southeast DCF regions. The role offers flexible evenings and weekends with a compensation range of $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.

JRI provides training, crisis management support, and opportunities for growth. A bilingual bonus of $2,000 is available to new hires who speak a second language fluently and will be used to serve our

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience with older youth and young adults in a mental health setting and trauma-informed care preferred.
Active driver’s license required.
Background and driving record checks will be performed.
Able to work evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide support for the individuals we serve by “dropping in” in their independent apartment setting to help ensure compliance with program rules.
Provide crisis management if there were to be a crisis during a visit to one of the individuals we serve.
Help maintain a safe independent living apartment by providing searches for contraband that are not allowed in our programs.
