Job summary

Kemps, a DFA member and farmer-owned dairy brand, is hiring dependable CDL-A delivery drivers to operate a tractor-trailer and unload/deliver dairy products on assigned routes. You will build relationships with customers and ensure timely, accurate deliveries from early in the morning on a four-day route schedule.

The position offers home daily, competitive pay at $31.75 per hour, medical and dental coverage, a company pension, a 401K with company contributions, paid vacation and holidays, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Valid Class-A CDL.
• 21+ years of age.
• Pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dairy products to customer locations on assigned routes.
• Unload/deliver products safely and efficiently.
• Build relationships with customers to meet needs and expectations.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Saturday operation (4 day routes), start times between 1:00am and 4:00am, OT available and 40 hours guarantee

Due to retirement, Kemps has an opening for dependable CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently and manually unload/deliver various dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.
