Job summary

Kemps Dairy, a DFA brand, is hiring full-time CDL-A delivery drivers to operate tractor-trailer routes and deliver dairy products to customers. Drivers build strong customer relationships and follow assigned schedules, with daily home-time and career growth opportunities.

Compensation includes a pay rate of $33.73 per hour and a $6,000 sign-on bonus, with varied days and times and benefits described below. KDFA promotes from within and offers healthcare, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year related experience preferred
• Valid Class-A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• 21+ years of age
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays

Kemps Dairy has immediate job openings for dependable FT Relief CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently and manually unload/deliver various dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.
