Job summary

Kemps is seeking dependable CDL-A delivery drivers to operate a tractor-trailer and manually unload/deliver dairy products on an assigned Minnesota route. Start times range 1:00am–4:00am, with 4 day routes, overtime available and a 40-hour guarantee.

As a DFA farmer-owned brand, Kemps emphasizes safety, customer service and teamwork. Candidates must have a CDL-A, be 21+, pass pre-employment screenings, and read/write in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Valid Class-A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• 21+ years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dairy products to customer locations on assigned routes.
• Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently and manually unload/deliver.
• Build relationships with customers and understand their needs.
• Adhere to routes, schedules and safety regulations.

Due to retirement, Kemps has an opening for dependable CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently and manually unload/deliver various dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.
