Job summary

Kemps Dairy, a DFA farmer-owned brand, is hiring full-time relief CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate a tractor-trailer and manually unload/deliver dairy products to customer locations on assigned routes. Drivers build relationships with customers through a friendly, dependable approach.

Applicants must be 21+, hold a valid Class-A CDL with a clean driving record, pass pre-employment screenings, and be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Valid Class-A CDL with a clean driving record.
• 21+ years of age.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer to deliver dairy products on an assigned route.
• Unload and deliver products to customer locations while maintaining safety.
• Build relationships with customers and meet their needs and expectations.
• Home nightly with daily routes and consistent schedule.

Kemps Dairy has immediate job openings for dependable FT Relief CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently and manually unload/deliver various dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

OUR TRUCK DRIVERS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE:

• $33.73 per hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $6,000.00
