Job summary

Kemps, a DFA farmer-owned dairy brand in Minnesota, is seeking dependable CDL-A delivery drivers to operate tractor-trailers and deliver dairy products on assigned routes.

Shifts run Monday to Saturday with routes starting between 1:00am and 4:00am. OT and a 40-hour guarantee are available; benefits include medical/dental, a company pension, 401K with company contribution, paid vacation/holidays, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Valid CDL A license.
• 21+ years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, criminal).
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dairy products to customer locations on assigned routes.
• Manually unload and deliver as required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers on each route.

Due to retirement, Kemps has an opening for dependable CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently and manually unload/deliver various dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

Requirements
