The role emphasizes learning, reliability, and openness to opportunities. A valid driver’s license is required, and the position may include location-based differential pay depending on program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Reliability and willingness to learn; open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered support plans.
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and provide transportation as needed.
• Implement activities that promote skill development, community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
