Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Relief Counselor to support individuals with mental health challenges, helping them live independently and pursue meaningful outcomes while maintaining a safe, encouraging environment.

You will help develop person-centered plans, assist access to community resources, provide transportation when needed, document care, and participate in a team that values ongoing learning and professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability and willingness to learn; openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized, person-centered support plans.
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and/or provide transportation as needed.
• Implement activities that promote skill development, community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
• Review and complete all required documentation.
• The organization offers an additional hourly differential based on skills, location, and populations served.
