Job summary

Open Sky Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Relief Counselor to support individuals facing mental health challenges in daily living and independence.

The role offers flexible scheduling within our relief team, contributing directly to safe, engaging environments and personal growth opportunities. You will help develop person-centered plans, assist with community access and transportation, and document activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized, person-centered support plans.
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and provide transportation as needed.
• Implement activities that promote skill development, community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
• Review and complete all required documentation.
• The organization recognizes skills, location, training, and populations served in certain programs by offering an additional hourly differential.
