Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Relief Counselor to provide flexible, person-centered support for individuals facing mental health challenges, helping them live independently and reach their goals. You will assist with daily living needs and ensure a safe, inspiring atmosphere while offering transportation and access to community resources as needed.

Competenze

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and/or provide transportation as needed.
• Implement activities that promote skill development, community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
• Review and complete all required documentation.
