Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Relief Counselor to support individuals facing mental health challenges in daily living. You will help clients live independently, participate in person-centered plans, and promote skills, growth, and meaningful relationships.

This role offers scheduling flexibility to accommodate personal, work, and school commitments, with eligibility for an additional hourly differential in qualifying programs. Open Sky is an industry leader in pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized, person-centered support plans.
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and/or provide transportation as needed.
• Implement activities that promote skill development, community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
• Review and complete all required documentation.
