Open Sky Community Services is hiring a Relief Counselor in Massachusetts to support individuals facing mental health challenges in living independently and thriving in their communities. You will contribute to a safe, supportive environment and gain valuable experience in a flexible schedule.

You will help develop personalized support plans, connect clients with community resources, and promote growth through activities while maintaining thorough documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Reliability and willingness to learn are essential.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized, person-centered support plans.
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and/or provide transportation as needed.
• Implement activities that promote skill development, community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
• Review and complete all required documentation.
