Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Relief Counselor in Massachusetts to support individuals with mental health challenges, helping them live independently and reach their goals. The role emphasizes safety, empathy, and empowerment within a trauma‑informed organization.

As part of the Relief Team, you will help create person‑centered plans, connect clients to community resources, and document progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized, person-centered support plans.
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and/or provide transportation as needed.
• Implement activities that promote skill development, community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
• Review and complete all required documentation.
