Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Relief Counselor to support individuals with mental health challenges, helping them live independently and pursue meaningful goals.

You will assist in developing person-centered plans, help access community resources and transportation as needed, and support skill development, daily living, and relationships, while maintaining required documentation. Pay starts at $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized, person-centered support plans.
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and/or provide transportation as needed.
• Implement activities that promote skill development, community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
• Review and complete all required documentation.
• The organization recognizes skills, location, training, and populations served in certain programs by offering an additional hourly differential.
