Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Relief Counselor to support individuals facing mental health challenges, helping them live independently and engage in meaningful activities. This role offers flexible scheduling and a chance to gain experience in a supportive, trauma-informed workplace.

You will develop person-centered plans, help clients access community resources, provide transportation as needed, and ensure documentation is completed accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability and willingness to learn; open to new opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized, person-centered support plans.
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and/or provide transportation as needed.
• Implement activities that promote skill development, community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
• Review and complete all required documentation.
