Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking Relief Counselors in Massachusetts to support individuals facing mental health challenges and promote independent living. You will help create person-centered plans, connect clients to community resources, and facilitate activities that foster growth and relationships while ensuring daily living needs are met.

The role offers flexible relief scheduling, with an hourly pay of $17.50 and potential differential, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized, person-centered support plans.
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and/or provide transportation as needed.
• Implement activities that promote skill development, community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
• Review and complete all required documentation.
