Requirements

• Experience in the sector – Previous experience is preferred, even minimal, gained through internships or apprenticeships.
• Knowledge of basic techniques – Familiarity with cutting techniques, ingredient preparation, and hygiene and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
• Ability to work in a team – Strong teamwork skills.
• Cleanliness and order – High attention to maintaining a clean and organized workstation, respecting hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility and availability – Willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ingredient preparation – Washing, cutting, and preparing raw materials (vegetables, meat, fish, etc.), following the chef’s instructions.
• Support for cooks – Assisting the chef and station chefs in dish preparation, ensuring efficiency and precision during service.
• Compliance with quality standards – Following company procedures and established recipes to ensure consistency and quality in the dishes served.
