Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an Affixing / Pot Devins Lead to manage relic assembly and bonding operations. You will oversee teams performing relic affixing and Pot Devins bonding, ensure proper alignment, and validate front and back adhesion to meet SKU requirements.

You will coordinate with Quality to confirm final product integrity and aesthetics, and leverage hands-on leadership experience in finishing or assembly environments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in finishing or assembly operations.
• Familiarity with adhesives and specialty card construction.
• Hands-on leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee teams performing relic affixing and Pot Devins bonding.
• Verify alignment and adhesion of thick card fronts and backs.
• Ensure accuracy of relic placement per SKU or set requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality to validate final integrity and aesthetics.
