Job summary

Fanatics Betting & Gaming seeks a Vulcans Lead to supervise Vulcan machines responsible for chrome foil and thin film on cards. You will ensure optimal heat, pressure, and alignment and manage daily production output and quality.

You will calibrate machine parameters, inspect adhesion and finish, collaborate with Maintenance to minimize downtime, and train new operators while enforcing safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of foil or thermal transfer experience.
• Knowledge of heat bonding processes and material compatibility.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Vulcan operators and ensure consistent foil and film application.
• Calibrate and monitor machine parameters for temperature, pressure, and dwell time.
• Inspect product output for adhesion, finish, and defect-free surfaces.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to perform preventive servicing and minimiz downtime.
• Train new operators and enforce all safety protocols.
