Job summary

WSL, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support service center operations by handling orders, inventory, and warehouse activities. You will ensure products are received, stored, and prepared for delivery with accuracy and safety.

Candidates should be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment; forklift operation and basic computer skills are a plus, with overtime and weekend work possible based on demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Prior delivery, warehouse, logistics, or flooring industry experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming shipments.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery and customer pickup.
• Load and unload trucks accurately and safely.
• Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and product organization.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Inspect flooring materials and supplies for damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard environment.
• Assist customers with loading materials and order pickups.
• Support warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
