About the Role:

The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities, contributing directly to the smooth flow of goods and materials within the supply chain. This position involves the accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of products, maintaining inventory integrity and supporting timely order fulfillment. The Warehouse Associate will operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, to move goods safely and efficiently throughout the facility. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to minimize errors and maintain a secure working environment. Ultimately, this role supports overall business operations by ensuring that products are handled with care and delivered on schedule to meet customer and company expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid forklift operator certification or demonstrated experience operating forklifts safely.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills to accurately process orders and inventory data.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
