Job summary

Western States Equipment Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, storage, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse. You will count inventory, pack orders, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while following company policies.

The role requires basic math, English literacy, and forklift operation. Prior experience with WMS/ERP is preferred; bilingual candidates may receive additional compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; six months of warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write English; bilinguals may receive additional compensation.
• Experience using inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store parts, and fill customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Operate forklift and perform basic inventory counts and packing tasks.
