Job summary

Bass Road Sports and Entertainment, doing business as Ruoff Mortgage Stadium, is seeking an Event Shuttle Driver to transport staff to and from parking areas and the stadium during game days. You will ensure timely pickups, drive safely in high-traffic areas, and maintain a clean vehicle environment throughout shifts.

The role requires a valid license, clean driving record, 21+ years of age, and the ability to work outdoors in variable weather. Training and a game-night shirt are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass a motor vehicle records check.
• Ability to operate a passenger van or mini shuttle bus.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight.
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings while driving.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a minibus shuttle, transporting staff between parking lots and the stadium along designated routes.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, adjusting pickup and drop-off timing as event traffic and crowd flow require.
• Communicate with event staff with any delays, and change in schedules.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and orderly throughout the event.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols while driving on stadium grounds and public roadways.
