Job summary

The Event Shuttle Driver for Bass Road Sports and Entertainment, LLC d/b/a Ruoff Mortgage Stadium in Fort Wayne transports staff between parking areas and the stadium on game days, ensuring riders are picked up and dropped off safely and on time. You will maintain a clean, functional shuttle and report issues promptly.

Matches run most Saturdays May through October, with occasional midweek games; you will follow routes, adapt timings for crowds, and work as part of game day operations to deliver

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; must pass MV records check.
• Ability to safely operate a passenger van or mini shuttle bus.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal oversight.
• Strong attention to detail and awareness while driving.
• Basic communication skills to interact with fans, staff, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a minibus shuttle, transporting staff between parking lots and the stadium.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, adjusting pickup/drop-off timing for event traffic and crowd flow.
• Communicate with event staff regarding delays and schedule changes.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and orderly throughout the event.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols on stadium grounds and public roadways.
