Job summary

Bass Road Sports and Entertainment, LLC d/b/a Ruoff Mortgage Stadium is seeking an Event Shuttle Driver to transport staff between parking areas and the stadium during game days. You will follow routes, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report issues to the supervisor while working in a busy, high-energy environment.

Fort Wayne home matches occur mainly on Saturdays from May through October, with occasional Wednesday games, requiring punctuality and a courteous, fan-friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; pass motor vehicle records check.
• Ability to operate a passenger van or mini shuttle bus.
• Strong attention to detail and awareness while driving.
• Good communication with fans, staff and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a minibus shuttle between parking lots and the stadium.
• Follow routes and schedules; adjust timing for traffic and crowds.
• Communicate delays or schedule changes to event staff.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and orderly during events.
• Report vehicle issues, accidents, or safety concerns immediately.
• Follow traffic laws and safety protocols on stadium grounds and public roads.
