Job summary

Toyota of York is seeking a reliable Shuttle Driver to transport service customers safely between homes, workplaces, and the dealership while their vehicles are serviced. The role emphasizes courtesy, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Hours are Mon-Wed 7am-5:30pm.

Wage is $14 per hour. Qualifications include a valid driver's license, at least three years of safe driving history, and prior customer service experience; strong communication and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of three years of safe driving history.
• Previous customer service experience is required.

• Ability to work independently while managing time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from their homes, businesses, or other designated locations while their vehicles are being serviced.
• Exercise good judgment and follow all traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Maintain an efficient and timely shuttle schedule.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle as needed.
• Use the dealership-issued cell phone to coordinate customer pick-up and delivery appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of shuttle trips, including passenger names and pick-up/drop-off locations.
• Present a professional appearance and always provide outstanding customer service.
• Keep the shuttle vehicle clean and report any maintenance concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
