Job summary

Kolosso Toyota is seeking a dependable Courtesy Shuttle Driver to safely transport guests to and from the dealership while their vehicles are serviced. You will contribute to a positive customer experience with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include safe transport, helping customers enter/exit, coordinating with service staff, and maintaining shuttle cleanliness. Must have valid license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional, courteous, and dependable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using navigation/GPS systems.
Must be able to safely assist passengers when necessary.

Responsibilities

Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in a timely manner.
Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
Assist customers entering and exiting the shuttle when needed.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the shuttle vehicle.
Coordinate with service advisors regarding customer transportation needs.
Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety procedures.
Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
Support the service department with additional tasks as needed.
